Returns & Exchanges

Method of Payment

Modern Vintage Attic accepts Visa or Mastercard. PayPal’s Express Checkout accepts additional payment options including American Express, Discover, bank transfers, and PayPal. Payments can also be accepted by mailing a check or money order via postal mail and filling out the order form below. Please note that orders will not ship until funds clear our account. Product Descriptions and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. 


We provide sizing information within the product’s description on the products detail page. If you have any specific questions about sizing or fit, please contact customer service.


Place an Order
Place your order in a few simple steps. Add the item to your shopping cart by selecting the color and size, then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the item’s options page. Please review the items in your shopping cart and then click the ‘Checkout’ button. Simply follow the available options as you complete the checkout process.

Order Confirmation

When you place your order you will see an ‘Order Confirmation Page’. We will then send you an ‘Order Confirmation’ email indicating we received your order and a unique order number. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email containing the tracking number as well as other details pertinent to the shipment.

Modify/Cancel Order

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.



Orders are processed normally within 1-2 business days. The expected delivery date is processing time + delivery transit time based on the destination unless otherwise specified on product details for a particular item. Modern Vintage Attic standard shipping is Canada Post Expedited Parcel within Canada, Xpresspost USA and Xpresspost International outside of Canada, as well as International Air Parcel to Mexico and all other countries not accepting Xpresspost. UPS ground service may also be used depending on shipping requirements.

International Shipping

We offer International shipping. Customer is responsible for additional duties, customs and taxes that may result from your country. We are not responsible for any delays that may result from customs clearance.

Shipping Methods

Merchandise will be shipped using Canada Post primarily and UPS Service if requested. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers whereby an alternative method of shipping may be used.

Shipping Time

The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment’s location, special order, made to your order and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 1-2 day processing time and a minimum 4-10 day delivery time. Shipping is calculated by weight and destination or per the customers selection via UPS option if requested. All shipping calculations are based on real time quotes. If you require a faster method of delivery, please e-mail for special delivery rates.

Items shipped straight from the designers as specified in the product description will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Errors / Damaged Items
In unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, or if it is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly take prompt corrective action and arrange to have the item replaced.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the item. Only items that have not been stained, soiled, worn, altered, washed, or has retained scents and with all the original hanger tags/protective packaging attached will be accepted for an exchange or refund. Due to sanitary reasons, exchanges and returns on intimates/undergarments can not be accepted. Please note due to the nature of our company and to respect all our customer’s needs, please refrain from wearing perfumes or scented products when trying on clothes. If you have been sent an item that was shipped directly from an Eco designer, please e-mail Modern Vintage Attic at for refund procedure concerning your item.
Permission for any merchandise return must be secured from our return department. You must email the refund request to (with RETURN in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

Once a return is authorized by our department complete the Exchange Form:Return Order Form

Please pack the Exchange Form, Invoice and the item(s) securely and write the Return Authorization Number clearly an the box or package. Ship back your preferred shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via postal service or with a value over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be liable for return merchandise that does not reach our department. We do not accept any returns after 7 days.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Restocking Fee

Returns to of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you make a purchase and decide that you no longer want the items before they have been sent out, there will be a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees.


Credit refunds are made after we receive and process your return. A complete refund will be issued within 3 days of receipt if your exchange/return meets the return/exchange policy. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and credit your account once they have received the information from us. We’ll notify you of your refund once we’ve received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
